Personalized Books: Books that have been customized with a child’s name, likeness, or specific details are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.C. Digital/Printable Materials (Activity Cards): Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our printable activity cards, these items are non-refundable once delivered to your email or dashboard.D.
